SWL(Japan Transocean Air) comment #1: Paragraph (g) and (h), the compliance of this proposed AD is within 36 months after the effective date for Boeing Service Bulletin 737-28A1216 and 1210 Revision 1. However, paragraph (m) Boeing Service Bulletin 737-28A1227 Revision 1 has a requirement to accomplish within 60 months. The concurrent requirements of this Boeing Service Bulletin 737-28A1227 Rev.1 shows the Boeing Service Bulletin 737-28A1216 must be done before or at the same time. SWL believes the compliance of this proposed AD for Boeing Service Bulletin 737-28A1216 and 1210 Revision 1 should extend to 60 months to prevent the complication of configuration. SWL comment #2: Paragraph (i) instructed the installation of the placard"AD 2001-08-24 fuel usage restrictions required." adjacent to the pilot's primary flight display. SWL considered two placards are required for both of pilot's primary flight display because both of the crews will operate the fuel pump.
