BA has the following comment concerning these 2 NPRMs: FAA-2011-1223; Directorate Identifier 2011-NM-173-AD RIN 2120-AA64 & FAA-2011-1095; Directorate Identifier 2010-NM-241-AD RIN 2120-AA64: The aircraft applicability needs to be revised to remove the following designations: CL-601-3A and CL-601-3R, since only the CL-604 Variant is affected.
