Air Carrier Contract Maintenance Requirements

I work for a 135 air carrier that operates cargo aircraft that do not currently fall under the scope of this NPRM. This air carrier and many others that primarily rely on contractors for their maintenance, desperately need additional oversight to ensure consistency and quality, both of which lack. I cannot emphasize enough how much this rule needs to apply to 135 cargo operators.
