As a course operator I use independant DADE's for obvious reasons, ie independant feedback from the examiner. The DADE's that I use are current part 121 Dispatchers and because of this I feel my students obtain the best exams versus DADE's that are school related and yes the Dade makes from $200.00 to $350.00 but this is reasonable for a 6 hour exam. Having said that I believe that if one school is granted the exemption then all schools should have the exemption all FSDO's should operate under the same rules of 8900.1 and Part 65 subpart C.
