This proposed rulemaking will not make air transportation safer; it will only raise the expense associated with travel. A qualified and competent crew should be able to fly for multiple operators without the added expense of re-learning that which he/she is proficient. The suggestion is ridiculous that a person is re-qualified for one operator and must start over for another operator.
