United Airlines Systems Engineering has reviewed the reference /A/ NPRM and offers the following comment: 1. The Ref /A/ NPRM refers to the Ref /B/ Service Bulletin for compliance. Boeing is expected to release Revision 2 of the Ref /B/ Service Bulletin before the effective date of the Airworthiness Directive. United Airlines requests that the FAA use the proposed Revision 2 of the Ref /B/ Service Bulletin as the applicable compliance document.
