The service bulletin incorporated by reference, 84-24-52 has a reporting requirement in step (5) of accomplishment instructions, B. Porcedures. and the AD does not contain the required language for reporting as specified in manual FAA-IR-M-8040.1C. page 53. The AD needs to be revised to address the reporting requirements.
