Martinair Holland has been checking the LPT stg.3 vanes for adequate engagement per Pratt & Whitney SI 17F-09. We would like the FAA to add reference to SI 17F-09 as an alternate means of compliance for step (e)(1)(iii) Martinair Holland has been checking the LPT stg.4 vanes for non-conformance condition per Pratt & Whitney SB PW4ENG 72-798 and SB PW4ENG 72-804. We would like the FAA to add reference to these SB's as an alternate means of compliance for step (e)(1)(v)
