Southern Air feels that requirements of Section E (1) are misleading E(1) states within 42 months after effective date of AD or when maintenance other than preventative maintenence is done whichever occurs first. This should be clarified to state : 42 months after effective date of AD or when maintenance which requires unmating of the flanges, or overhaul, which ever occurs first
