JAL has additional requests.
NPRM requires to revise the maintenance program to incorporate the AWL and CMR, Revision July 2011 of the Boeing 767 MPD Document.
However, if operators revise the maintenance program to incorporate the later revision of the MPD in the future, operators need to obtain an AMOC from FAA (and/or local agency).
Therefore, please allow operators to incorporate the later revision of the MPD without an AMOC, and reflect the description "Revision July 2011 or later, of the Boeing 767 MPD Document." into the proposed new AD.
