The brackets, stiffeners, and necessary hardware should be installed on the COS boxes. While the thought of being knocked unconscious by a heavy carry-on suitcase may sound appealing so I don’t have to listen to the infant next to me screaming incessantly for the entirety of a four-hour flight, I would ultimately prefer to keep my cranium intact. Though my cerebral law professors may dispute the worth of my head’s contents, they are better – even if by a miniscule amount – than nothing. Moreover, I can by noise-canceling headphones in an attempt to drown out little Johnny’s outward yearning for a bottle.
