Unmanned Aircraft (Surveillance Drones) are a technology which have become required in the battlefield environment. Unfortuneately, testing of these in the homeland is a self fulfilling loss of freedom. We are not the enemy.
No branch of the government should conduct such all encompassing surveilllance on its citizens. Our rights to privacy are unalienable and guaranteed by the 4th ammendment to the Bill of Rights.
Understanding the need to test and train these new technologies in a non-lethal environment, I suggest you deploy them where they may actually do some good, namely along our southern and northern borders, where their seek and act missions can be put to the actual test. In addition to our borders, there are many military restricted areas around the country, where domestic aircraft are required to be in contact with controlling facilities. The same is true of our borders. You better have an International flight plan and be in touch with air traffic control before you cross a border.
Please don't Surveille us. We are not the enemy.
