Airworthiness Directives: The Boeing Company Airplanes

Thai Airways currently convert two 747-400 passenger version into Boeing Converted Frieghter. This SB 52A2294 is not incorporated during the conversions and we heard that our aircraft will be effected by revision 3 of the SB. We would like FAA to kindly consider the compliance for aircraft just newly installed with MDSCD.
