SPLIT DUTY. If all conditions are met, what amount of time will not be considered part of the Flight Duty Period, 3 hour FAR minimum, scheduled or actual time spent at the suitable accommodation facility? A flightcrew member is scheduled to spend 4 hours and spends 5 hours at the suitable accommodation. Is it 3 (FAR), 4 (scheduled) or 5 (actual) hours that will not be considered part of the FDP?
