UAL does not believe that an additional inspection is warranted and that more issues are likely to arise by disturbing the terminals. The Windows typically have arcing events after installation, within a few flight cycles of a window change. Disturbing the terminals increases the risk of have a bad installation and therefore increasing the likelihood of a smoke event.
