United Airlines agrees with the intent of the proposed Airworthiness Directive as described in the Ref /A/ NPRM. 2. United Airlines suggests that the FAA explicitly state in Para (j)(2) of the Ref /A/ NPRM that incorporation of Ref /C/ Service Bulletin serves as terminating action for this Airworthiness Directive.
