Hello, The area to the east of PHL is huge for training activity in the Philadelphia/New York area... Burdening it with complex airspace and the like will only further discourage anyone from getting into, or staying with aviation, and the area has been struggling as it is due to the astronomically high costs of flight training combined with the poor economy. Please consider this comment to save flight training business in the area. Thank you, Daniel
