I applaud the FAA for clarifying two contentious issues: commercial activity on residential property and fueling on residential property.
Thank you, FAA, for making it clear that there is a "prohibition on commercial aeronautical activities only."
Also, thank you for making it clear that there is only a "prohibition on the sale of fuel from residential property. The FAA will not concern itself with self-fueling activities which may be permitted by local regulation."
I think this proposed policy addresses most, if not all, of the concerns which had been raised by owners of property with residential-through-the-fence agreements.
