In what category are privately owned hangars on private property where there are no residences? Seems you cover TTG commercial operations and TTF private residential activity, but you leave out private hangars on private property. These hangars are not used for commercial activity but only for storage of owners aircraft. These type of private non residential hangars should be covered in this proposed rule as they do already exist in many airports. You have left them out. . .
