FedEx has review the subject NPRM and SB 757-54-0049 and concur with the application of this Rule. We currently possess or have plans to acquire approximately 60 Aircraft powered by R/R RB211 engines applicable to the Rule. We have taken actions IAW the SB and the prior rule AD 2008-13-20.
