APB has reviewed this NPRM and Boeing Special Attention Service Bulletin 757-54-0049, Revision 1, dated September 23, 2009; and Revision 2, dated July 27, 2011, Boeing Special Attention Service Bulletin 757-54-0050, Revision 1, dated October 7, 2009; and Revision 2, dated July 27, 2011 and has determined the installation of winglets per STC ST01518SE does not affect them. APB will provide supporting data to the FAA upon request.
