Introduction:
The chemical oxygen generator installed in aircraft lavatory of the in-service (existing) airplanes to make use of by the passengers in emergency as a supplement or alternative sources of oxygen for breathing during emergency situation i.e. cabin pressurization failure or cabin decompression at higher altitude. Due to the safety and security associated problem visualized in the existing chemical oxygen generator installed in the airplanes by the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration and safety measures suggested by the LOARC to enhance the operating safety and security in chemical oxygen generator to be installed in aircraft lavatory to the in-service, new production and new type design airplanes. Otherwise the existing design in chemical oxygen generator should have been the best suitable equipment or device installed in the aircraft, taking into consideration of the size, weight, performance, serviceable life, maintenance and check procedure, cost of installation, minimum time requirement for replacement of equipment during the flight schedule and maintenance schedule.
One can envisage that, a technological marvel which can be considered as a breakthrough have been achieved by the inventor in developing altogether a different characteristics and new design technology in chemical oxygen generator with better performance. The incorporation of all the safety and security objectives as suggested by the LOARC (Lavatory Oxygen Aviation Rulemaking Committee), beyond that additional enhance features (condition apply) are also available with suitable permutation and combination to the in-service (existing), new production and new type design airplanes without airframe modification at a reasonable cost of the product and minimum time requirement for replacement.
