Dear Sir / Madam, Please can you clarify the dates in the AD as detailed below. DATES: This AD becomes effective October 1, 2012. We must receive comments on this AD by October 29, 2012. Note - The request for comments is after the date that the AD becomes effective, which is incorrect. Surley it should read ".... by September 29, 2012" ?
