My name is Stephen Born. I started AerialSkyCam as an RC aerial photography business platform. Due to the current regulations, I can no longer run this as a commercial business. I have been extremely active in the use of UAV, having been published in several national publications, newspapers, and a guest speaker on a national talk show. Due to the current FAA regulations, I have started to compile time in full-scale rotorcraft so I will be able to fly my aerial photography business, AerialSkyCam, commercially. I believe the requirement of a pilot license to utilize radio-control aircraft is a bit strict. I would like to propose a obtainable "certificate", which would allow for a descent approach for successful civilian aerial photographers. Thank you for your consideration.
