Rudder travel Limiter NPRM 2012-NM-060-AD I am writing this letter to address some concerns we (Mesa Air Lines Inc) have about Service Bulletin 670BA-27-059 Rev A. 1) First on page 10 step (6) of the job set-up section, the SB (670BA-27-059 Rev A, dated March 8, 2012) tells you to install the rig pin. It is not until step (10) that you are instructed to remove the panels (325DL and 325EL). You cannot install the rig pin, until after you remove the access panels (325DL & 325EL). 2) Second, nowhere in the SB (670BA-27-059 rev A) does it mention, reference, or address P/N BA670-93470-5(RTL). Does this mean that this SB or AD is NOT effective to our A/C?
