APB has reviewed the NPRM and the Boeing 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER Maintenance Planning Data (MPD) Document, D626A001-CMR, Revision July 2011 and has determined the installation of winglets per STC ST00830SE does affect them. But, Aviation Partners Boeing has created a Supplemental MPD to address the addition of winglets. APB will provide supporting data to the FAA upon request.
