I just wanted to say that I think it is a very good idea to ensure the airworthiness of turbfan engines utilizing bolts that could be of a subpar quality. I also want to add that I am not representing anyone but myself when I write this and I came upon this proposal as part of my homework for my graduate studies. I don't think it is safe to utilize bolts or otherwise any other parts for turbofan engines that are not of the utmost quality, given the importance that these engines play in the proper function of aircraft operations and safety on a daily basis. I am glad that I am able to voice my opinion on proposed rules and regulations on this website. Thanks. --Ralph
