We found a crack on the aircraft we maintain at less than 300 hours. The left aileron outboard support was noted to have a crack and we complied with the replacement of parts per SB 102-CS R2 and Job Card No: 426 (which includes both wings). The labor time is understated by about 1/2, and does not include any painting. Recommendations: Decrease initial inspection interval to 200 hours, and the continuing checks at 50 hours until compliance with the replacement parts. Increase the amount of labor required to 6 hours per wing, not including painting.
