Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Paragraph (f) of the proposed rule requires actions to be taken based off of 6,000 and 12,000 operating hours. This timeframe cannot be adhered to since operating hours are not tracked on the aircraft. Please change the references from "operating hours" to "flight hours" which are tracked. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
