i oppose allowing this regulation. faa seems to want to be wildlife and bird murderers with this sneaky, secret regulation that is not at all exposed to the general american population as nepa requires. this qualifies for nepa broad exposures to the people of the usa, not just to this group of special interest rich white men who make policities of desturction world wide killing peoiple, animals, birds and everything just because they want to. this has no standing and no merit as a proposal. this wildlife murder plan should not be rrequired by teh faa./ it shuold be dropped. this is a sneaky secret release that is not getting to the 325 million of us who live in this coutnry. kiling wildife is not necessarily a part of operation of any airport. faa instead nmeeds to put more requirements on the rich whiteman who own and operate unsafe airplanes to make them safer and able to fly - the engines are not safe at all as presently constructed. MASS MURDER OF WILDLIFE AND BIRDS WILL NOT BE COUNTENANCED. THIS HURTS THE QUALITY OF LIFE ON EARTH. FAA CONTINUOUSLY OPERATED TO THE MENDACITY AND VENAL VICIOUSNESS DEPTHS OF MANKIND. THE POLLUTION AND NOISE FROM THE PLANES ALLOED BY FAA MAKE ME AND MILLIONS OF OTHER VOMIT AND GET SICK. THE NOISE OF PLANES MEANS KIDS CANT LEARN IN SCHOOL AND IT NEGATIVELY AFFECTS SCHOOLCHILDREN LEARNING. THE NOISE OF FAA PLANES MEANS YOU CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT FROM THE DIN OF THEIR OPERATION. ITS TIME FOR FAA TO WALK SOFTLY AND STOP MUREDERING ALL OVER AMERICA.
