I had an exact incident of wheel lock with severe damage to the tail and not seeing it flew the aircraft . The tail almost came off but due to the short flight 15 minutes U survived to talk about it . This wheel set up tilted forward and fixed is unique in aircraft world . This ad is too late and does not go far enough . By now I dont know how many incidents but in 2009 there had been 5 world wide . This gear should be modified to straight up and down like other fixed gear . Maximum breaking occurrs often and this bird cannot perform even high speed taxi breaking manuovers and loss of control could happen with the wheel walk . I barely controlled the aircraft .
