After reveiw of proposed AD 2013-0020 it was noted that there is no aircraft serial number applicability. ECD ASB MBB-BK117 C-2-67A-012 revision 0 dated 2010-09-20 listed "EFECTIVITY: MBB BK117 C-2, all models, S/N 9004 up to and including S/N 9400." BK117 C-2 production is up to appox. S/N 9600. Flight control rigging procedures would have been changed starting with S/N 9401to be in compliance with ASB. The release of the AD without aircraft serial number effectivity will leave appox 200 aircraft that should not be burden with compliance of the AD.
