Class D Airspace; Amendments: Sparta, WI

Proposed verbiage: "That airspace extending upward from the surface to and including 3,300 feet MSL within a 4-mile radius of Sparta/Fort McCoy Airport, excluding that airspace within Restricted Area R-6901 A/B." Comment: Should state excluding that airspace within R-6901A/B when active. Currently R-6901B is not active all the time. Proposed verbiage: "This Class D airspace area is effective during the specific dates and times established in advance by a Notice to Airmen." Comment: Should state Class D effective Mon-Fri 0800L(1300Z) - 1600L(2100Z), excluding Federal Holidays, and other times by NOTAM. The effective date and time will thereafter be continuously published in the Airport/Facility Directory.
