Docket No. FAA-2013-0195; Directorate Identifier 2013-NE-08-AD Cathay Pacific Airways (CPA) is carrying out replacement of the Booster Anti Ice Duct part number 2469M32G01 at 400 engine flight cycles interval on repetitive basis iaw Boeing 747-8 AMM to zero time the duct. The removed duct is discarded and not inspected. CPA request FAA to allow the 400 FC duct replacement with a new spare duct as an acceptable method alternative to inspection iaw accomplishment instructions of SB 75-0006 initial issue dated 23 July 2013.
