NPRM gives line numbers 1076-1419 inclusive. Boeing Service Bulletin 747-53A2860 states there was a manufacturing process change at line number 1199 which may have resulted in preloading the longeron extension fittings. Boeing service bulletin 747-53A2860 does not cover pre line number 1199.
