United has no further technical comments. However, United question the parts required for replacement on the Service Bulletin. There is no kit for this SB. There is no price or lead time availability on the replacement longeron extension fitting. Are the operators expected to fabricate the replacement fitting/ This could make it difficult for operators that don’t have the capabilities to fabricate the fitting.
