As written AD 2013-07-13 does not exclude oxygen mask assemblies P/N MSE30-004-3-7 which were the original equipment before the affected P/N of MSE30-005-3-8 (including CSD30-005-3-8) were certified and introduced in June 2011.
Per the attached Falcon Service News Flash #33 (see page 2 of 2) for supporting documentation "As a consequence, aircraft delivered before June 2011 are not affected by this issue if they are still equipped with their 3 original crew oxygen supply boxes."
I would also add that this should exclude any box that may have been replaced prior to or after June 2011 that is P/N MSE30-004-3-7.
As the AD is currently written the only box's that are excluded are spelled out in paragraph (g) of AD2013-07-13 "assembly part number (P/N) MSE30-005-3-8 and a stowage box P/N CSD 30-005-3-8 with S/N 1013 or higher, or serial number below 1013 with the suffix "-A," are not subject to the requirements of paragraphs (h), (i), and (l) of this AD."
Definition (k) of the AD does not allow a servicable storage box to be any P/N other than P/N CSD 30-005-3-8
To conclude; with reference to DA SB7X-241 and FSN7X-33 the affected flight crew mask oxygen assembly and stowage box should be P/N MSE30-005-3-8 and P/N CSD30-005-3-8 with S/N less than 1013 and without suffix 'A' respectively.
