Comment about Docket No. FAA-2013-0368;Directorate Identifier 2012-NM-058-AD'' See attached file(s) JAL has already completed this modification. During this modification, JAL experienced the problem of some for the defect of Boeing Service Bulletin, Smiths Service Bulletin and modification kits. The problems talked with the Boeing and/or Smiths and was solved. The detail of the problems and the solutions show an attached file. Would FAA please accept the solutions and reflect the solutions to the AD? And, JAL shows comments about ELMS Software and Electrical Power Control Panel in an attached file. Would FAA please consider about these comments?
