Docket No. FAA–2013–0380; Directorate Identifier 2012–SW–067–AD NPRM, Airworthiness Directive, Robinson Helicopter Company The summary and discussion sections of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) referenced above contain the following language: Summary: “…inadvertent closing of the fuel valve, which could result in engine power loss and subsequent loss of control of the helicopter.” Discussion: “Closing this valve will result in loss of power from the engine and subsequent loss of control of the helicopter”. Robinson Helicopter Company would like to point out that loss of engine power does not result in loss of control of the helicopter. Thank you for your consideration of our comments.
