AD 2013-09-05 , Compliance date: May 29, 2013. Ruben Correa 6231 Ravenwood cove Horn Lake, MS 38637 A&P# 3271487 I would like to post a comment on the above AD 2013-09-05, concerning the Twin Commander aircraft inspection and major repair of outer fuselage and pressure bulkhead. I understand the need to comply with this AD in less than 30 days. But I would like to strongly request the current time period to be extended. I feel this AD merits a longer period of time to properly inspect, replace and repair each of these critical components. I also believe with the current compliance date requirements this would create rushed repairs and possible added structural damage. I just finished compliance with this AD, and want to state the importance of not rushing the compliance with this repair.
