UPS has reviewed the proposed rule and has no comments with regards to the ruling intent or requirements. We do believe there is a typographical error in the proposed ruling summary description. The third line states "... area 1 of the frame brace fittings, and, ...". Based on the terminology used throughout the proposed ruling, UPS believes this was intended to read "...frame base fittings, ...". We understand that this item has no impact on the intent or content of the proposed rule and is solely for consistancy throughout the document.
