Comment on FR Doc # E9-15434

I would like to comment on two items contained in FAR Case 2008-009: 1. The amendment at 4.1202, Solicitation provision and contract clauses. I would recommend switching paragraphs (e) and (f), so that (e) will now be 52.209-2, and (f) will be 52.209-5. With this change, the listed FAR clauses will remain in the correct numerical order. 2. The instructions for the amendment at 52.212-3 say to remove from paragraph (b)(2) “(c) through (m)” and add in its place “(c) through (n).” This same change is also necessary in the introductory paragraph of 52.212-3.
