Project labor agreements on federally funded projects are key to making the stimulus plan a success.Construction workers,union and non-union,are working 60 and 70 hours a week of hard labor in order to provide their famiilies a meager lifestyle at best.PLAs give workers a voice of hope.Hear our plea of yes to PLAs.Your mercy to working families will be rewarded.
