Dispensers Optical Service Corp. (CAGE 3N062) strongly endorses the Proposed Rule arising from FAR Case 2008-027 pertaining to the Federal Awardee Performance & Integrity Information System. Any improvement to assure that all awardees are fully responsible and ethical contractors serves to insure that U.S. taxpayers will receive full and fair value for the items the government procures.
