Comment regarding: Subpart 24.301(b) Both clause 52.225-XX and subpart 24.302 provide for 3 options for providing training: 1) contractor training using USG provided training materials, 2) contractor training uses its own privacy training materials, or 3) USG provided training. However, subpart 24.301(b)only mentions the first two training methods and does not mention the option of USG provided training. USAID recommends that language be added to the end of (b) in subpart 24.301, which would reflect the “USG provided” training option. That would also provide consistency with the clause language in Alternate II. Suggested changes to 24.301(b): Suggest deleting the period at the end of the last sentence in 24.301(b)and adding: “or unless the agency elects to provide the privacy training (see 24.302)(c).”
