It appears the definition of Total Compensation is in conflict with the definition of compensation at FAR 31.205-6. Please clarify if the amount to be reported is the total FAR allowable compensation for the executives or something different. If the amount to be reported is different than the FAR allowable compensation please consider the confusion this may cause contractors and the public.
