Strategic Sourcing (FSSI) does not support Small Business and does not work. When you take hundreds of millions of dollars away from 500+ contracactors (schedule 75) and funnel it to a grand TOTAL of 15 (9 of which are small business) what message are you sending and what cost savings are you really achieving. Is it lowering admin costs, maybe, but it is NOT lowering the cost the governement is paying for product. Fact not opinion. Jobs Retention is just as important as Job Creation and Strategic Sourcing is hurting on both fronts.
