AFMC/SB is submitting 11 significant comments on this FAR Case 2012-014 which actually has three distinct changes proposed (SB [Socioeconomic] Protests and Appeals; Nonmanufacturing Rule; and NAICS language in assigneding NAICS codes). Although the Case Title, Summary and make no real mention of the Nonmanufacturer rule nor the NAICS changes - these significant changes are first mentioned in the 196th line of the case. For this reason and the significance of the NAICS changes, GSA should re-publish the Nonmanufacturing Rule and NAICS changes to allow the entire range of interested parties to be aware of the intended language.
