Federal Acquisition Regulation: Accelerated Payments to Small Business Subcontractors; FAR Case 2012–031

This is long overdue. Some - not all - primes take a long time to pay their subcontractors. Some require acceptance of 60 - 90 day or longer payment schedules in their terms and conditions. Balancing a prime's cash flow on the backs of small business should not be allowed.
