REGARDING Information Collection 9000-0145, Use of Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) as Primary Contractor Identification: Support the requirement. However, there must be a provision for a "dummy DUNS" to be used in the case of miscellaneous foreign vendors, that can be used to protect vendors from disclosure of names and addresses of contractors supporting US operations in hostile locations overseas.
